Q. How does this all work ? |
|
A. Its simple, you fill in a few details about your child and your address. We construct a personalised letter from santa to your child using the information you supplied. We then print and post this letter to your child so that it will be recieved before christmas.

Q. Do the letters from Santa look authentic ? |
|
A. The santa letters are sent in hand written red envelopes, complete with a Santa post mark. The letters themselves are based on Christmas templates. The Examples link at the top of the page will show you some sample letters from santa.

Q. Where do you deliver Santa Letters to ? |
|
A. We deliver Santa Letters to anywhere in the UK.

Q. When will you send the letters from santa out to the children ? |
|
A. We will start sending out letters around 5th December up until around the 15th. It depends on where you live as to when your letter will be posted. We will endevour to ensure all letters arrive before Christmas.

Q. Where are the Santa letters sent from ? |

A. All letters will be sent from the United Kingdom.

Q. How much do you charge ? |
|
A. Each Santa letter costs £4.99 GBP. There is no addition to this for postage or tax. What you see, £4.99, is exactly what you pay.

Q. What if my childs Santa letter arrives after Christmas ? |
|
A. We will make sure that this doesnt happen by posting the letter in time for the last posts. In the unlikely event of a letter arriving late a full 100%, no quibble refund will be given.
